Camden Me. Wedding Venues & Reception Places

Camden Maine has so many wonderful places for a wedding ceremony. The beauty and uniqueness of the town make it shine as one of the best New England places to host a wedding. This site is designed to help you see the whole town of Camden Maine as a wedding venue.
Camden has been called the "Conference Center without Walls" and the "Camden Campus".
MyCamdenWedding is extending that connotation to weddings. Executives and professionals are humbled by the beauty and simplicity Camden has to offer. The constant mingling in town brings people together as a family. Shop, hike, sail, swim, fish, kayak, dine, ...rest all in Camden Maine.
Camden Windward House :An acre in town property that hosts costal garden wedding receptions. This wonderful venue can accomodate up to 140 people. The Inn can also accomodate smaller weddings. Across from the Amphitheathre, making this an excellent addition to your amphitheathre water view wedding ceremony. Guests can walk right to the reception. Wonderful in-town lodging for the wedding party. Web address: http://www.windwardhouse.com/
-Bok Amphitheatre: The most beautiful, romantic spot on the mid-coast of Maine. The amphitheatre is newly restored and overlooks the ocean. The amphitheathre and Harbor Park are maintained by the Camden Public Library. Carrie at the Library is the coordinator of weddings in the Amphitheathre and Harbor Park. Call the Library first before planning your wedding in Camden because these spots book quickly. http://www.camden.lib.me.us/rental/amphitheatre.htm
Mt. Battie, Camden Hills State Park :The top of Mt. Battie has the best views on the coast. Overlooking the Penobscot Bay, one can see schooners, sunrises and islands in the distance. To have the Mountain as your venue is easy but you must realize that it is a state park and can not be closed to you for a "private" event. A good event planner can make this mountain top wedding great.
